Congrats to new achievers in MEF

While there is few more days before this term end, there is another 3 members achieved various educational goals and this goals also help the club in earning DCP points.

The 3 members are :

1. Fion Teoh who completed her Competent Communicator (CC)

2. Bee Ai who completed her Competent Communicator (CC)

3. Kenny Lee who completed his Advance Communicator Bronze (ACB)
