MEF Did It Again !!!!

It was a double celebration in the month of September!!!

Last 2 weeks, MEF Toastmaster Clubs have just achieved 3 DCP goals in just 3rd month of the term 2009/2010, according to the latest update from Toastmasters International ! Now, we are proud to witness another VICTORY gained by MEF last week !!!

Kenny Lee CC, CL , our President of MEF Toastmaster Club, had become the CHAMPION in Area S8 for Evaluation Contest in Area S8 Humorous Speech & Evaluation contest which was held on 27 September 2009 at Safira Country Club.

This contest was a competition that gathered all champions & runner-ups for 3 clubs (MEF Toastmaster Club, Seberang Jaya Toastmaster Club and Team Flantech Toastmaster Club) from previous club level contest last month. It was indeed a tough and competitive competition to become the champion for Area S8.

Kenny will be representing Area S8 and compete with other 7 area's champion (S1 to S7) in Division Level for Humorous Speech & Evaluation Contest on 4th October 2009 in Komtar.

We are absolutely PROUD of him !!!

We sincerely wish him all the best in his coming Evaluation Contest next month. We will give our full morale support to him. Like he always says “ A thousand of success begins with a single step”. He is proving it….

A Suprise Meeting For Pei Jun

For those who has been in MEF for quite some time, you may ask who is Pei Jun or you may think she is our new member...But trust me, she is someone you may know. Who is she ? She is none other than ....


Ta Da ~~ ! Yeap, Pei Jun is our VPPR and that is her new name. Sam & Suhuei had prepared this birthday cake for Pei Jun silently to celebrate her birthday during our meeting.


We had also celebrated for YS Lee & Steve where their birthday also falled on September too.

MEF Officially Achieved 3 DCP Goals !

Again with teamwork, MEF achieved another milestone! Based on the latest update from Toastmasters International, MEF achieved not only 2 but 3 DCP goals in just 3rd month of the term 2009~2010 !

Credit goes to all MEF members who worked together to achieved this. Together we can achieve 10 full goals by this term !

MEF welcome 7 new members !

August 2009 is a good month for MEF as again the club withnessed the join in of 7 new members into the club, where the induction was held on 3rd September meeting.

The 7 new members are :

4. Celine Choy
5. Albert Tan
6. June Nah
7. Tan Book Kai

Infact, some of them already taken up some role in the meeting and begin to learn how they can benefited by role-playing. On top of that, all assignment speakers on this meeting is new members where they start their CC 1 assignment almost instantly after they join MEF.

Of course, just like usual we have visiting toastmasters who are always so supportive to MEF by attending our meeting. They are :
