MEF won 2nd Runner Up in Area S8 International Speech & Table Topic Contest

On 14th March 2010, 3 clubs of Area S8 consists of MEF toastmaster Club, Seberang Jaya Toastmaster Club and Team Flantech Toastmaster Club gathered together to participate in the Area level International Speech & Table Topic contests .

After 2 hour of contest, there comes the result and 2 contestants from MEF won the 2nd runner in both contests.

Celine Choy, CC won 2nd runner in the International Speech contest while Kenny Lee, CC, ALB won 2nd runner up in Table Topic contest.

Congratulation to both winners for this great achievement !

Congrats TM Phuah Yan Ying scored 11A in SPM !

MEF would like to congratulate our new member, TM Phuah Yan Ying for scored 11A's in her SPM exam.

We are proud to have such an excellent member like her in the club and with Toastmasters program, we believe she can go even further in persuing her ambition as an accountant ! Her success will be an inspiration for others to be excel in their life as well.

Congratulation to Half CC achiever - TM MC Liu

At the very same day where TM Celine Choy achieved her CC, there is another member achieved her half CC. She is none other than TM MC Liu, a new but passionate member in the club.

Well done for your achievement so far. Go for another half and achieve your CC award soon.

Chinese New Year Themed Meeting

On 25th February, while it is still in Chinese New Year, MEF have a special meeting where it was a CNY themed meeting.

The meeting was run in a very unique way where there is only game session, table topic session and makan session.

Beside of MEF members, there is also visiting toastmasters and some of MEF old members turn up to support the meeting.
