Highlight 7 : Games and treasure hunt

Audiences are asked to hunt for numerous items such as the highest high heels, blue stocking,etc and even the lipstick mark nearest to the lips!!!!!!!! Those table who can find those things is considered the winner…

In this Joint Installation Dinner , we have also foster and strengthen the relationship with other Toastmaster club member.

Highlight 2 : Award Presentation

Toastmaster of the Year should be someone who has contributed to the quality of club in some significant way. This can be accomplished by being the "spark" in the meetings, demonstrating great personal growth, acting as an exemplary leader, volunteerism, going the "extra mile" and consistently contributing to a positive, supportive, encouraging club atmosphere.

Congratulations to TM Kenny, ACB, ALB as he is chosen as the Toastmaster Of The Year for MEF Toastmasters Club!!

Highlight 3: Table Draw and Lucky draw

We are definitely lucky. We got nice key chain for table draw!!!





Is guy is luckier tonight? TM Felix and TM Jeff is the lucky man tonight as they won themselves a watch and a computer mouse!!


Highlight 4 : Scarf King and Queen

These are top 10 nominates for scarf King and Queen. Order for the judges to select the King and the Queen, they are required to do a cat walk and those who get most respond from the audience will given extra marks.



The Scarf King and Queen of the night…. They are presented with a hat and a necklace.

Highlight 1: Installation of the Club Officers
Joint Installation Dinner (JID) is an official installation and declaration of the position of the EXCO members in the new term of 2010/2011. The Exco members is their respective position will be invited to the stage and plague for their individual responsibilities in the club. In addition, numerous award will be presented to the achievers.

Division S & H Joint Installation Dinner 2010!! - Part 1

On 21st August 2010, a large group of 14 energetic members from MEF Toastmasters Club have attended the Joint Installation Dinner (JID) held at Eastin Hotel. The dinner themed “Scarf Night” made everyone dress gorgeously with their scarf, and this made every individual extraordinary.

We feel great as all the EXCO members which include TM YS Lee (Area Governor H4) , TM Kenny (Ass Div Gov of Marketing and IPP), TM Celine (President), TM Judy (VPE), TM Fion (VPPR) , TM Sok Koon (VPM), TM Jeff (Treasurer), TM Mei Yee (Secretary) and TM Felix (SAA) attended this grand dinner. We also have some existing member such as TM Sam,TM MC Liu and TM Andrew and active new members such as TM Yan Ting, TM Low Wei Yik attended together with us, making MEF Toastmaster Club one of the biggest group attending the dinner.

It seems like there are 2 members who was missing in the picture above. Can you guess why? This is because both of them are helping at the registration counter. They are TM Jeff and TM Judy.

The dinner starts with an opening dance from the emcee of the night. The emcee in that night was non other than our MEF Toastmasters Club president, TM Celine Choy and TM Justin, VPE from Seberang Jaya Toastmasters Club.


It seems like both of them have been practicing hard for the opening dance.

TM Celine and TM Justin is finally on the stage welcoming all the Toasmasters and guests.

Division H Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) Part I training

What is the benefits of Toastmasters Leadership Institute ?

Toastmasters Leadership Instituteis a training seminar where Toastmasters from across the district from different club come together to network, share ideas, and inspires. The newly-elected club officers will receive training on how to best serve their clubs. This is also a training where Toastmaster can expand skill sets as a communicator and a leader with additional educational sessions. Leaders are not born, they are made..
